1. Scope of Work

This covers only the services explicitly mentioned. Any additional requests such as extra designs, revisions, campaigns, pages, or content outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

2. Monthly Deliverables

The service includes 1 video shoot per month. Creative videos: Minimum 4 and maximum 12 per month. Posters/Static creatives: Minimum 3 and maximum 5 per month.

3. No Refund Policy

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances as resources and time are immediately allocated to the project.

4. Ad Spend Not Included

Meta Ads, Google Ads, or any platform ad spend is to be borne directly by the client. Liteup Media is not responsible for ad budget payments.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Liteup Media does not guarantee specific sales, leads, or results, as performance depends on multiple external factors including product, pricing, market demand, and competition.

6. Content & Access Responsibility

The client must provide all required content, brand materials, and platform access on time. Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

7. Timeline & Delays

Timelines are dependent on timely communication and approvals from the client. Delays in response will automatically extend the delivery schedule.

8. Ownership of Work

Final creatives and assets become the property of the client only after full payment is completed.

9. Usage Rights

Liteup Media reserves the right to use creatives, campaign results, and project work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
